We have access to The Greenbrier River Trail through our property and we have recently purchased an ajoining 200 acre property where we have created 4 miles of hiking and biking trails.
With trout fishing just out the door and all Pocahontas County has to offer just minutes away, our quiet holler is just what the doctor ordered.
Each cabin has antiques and a fully furnished kitchen. We provide towels, and all bed linens and access to onsite laundry room. About all you need is your fishing pole, mountain bike, skis and camera.

The River Otters and Blue Heron don't seem to understand the catch and release part... but we hope you'll help us maintain this great natural resource.
Stamping Creek runs underground most of the way down Kinnison Mountain so it's a little cool for swimming but the trout like it fine.
We also have a usually well stocked private trout pond that is catch and release. When the otters came up from the river last summer, as it warmed up, they enjoyed the trout, while attempts to discourage them were ineffective. This year we are hoping that Lion scat will send them back to the river.      So whether you plan on grueling bike rides or casting into hidden pools our modern log cabins allow you to set your own schedule and relax in the natural splendor of this wooded wonderland.
All the cabins have a fireplace with massive chimney, nice decks with gas grills and queen size sleeper sofas for added sleeping space. The modern bath rooms are large and have plenty of hot water. The cabins are also equipped with TV and access to premium DirectTV (200 channels).      We can also provide shuttle service to get you and your equipment to a great start.
Let us know what you are interested in and we can help plan your Pocahontas Adventure.
